We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our internet presence. Google Analytics is an analysing service provided by Google Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses so-called "Cookies". These are text files which are installed on your computer and enable the analysis of your movements on our website. The information regarding your movements on our website is collected by Google Analytics and sent to a Google server in the USA where it is stored. Google uses this information on our behalf to evaluate and assess the use of our internet presence; to create reports as to user activities and supply data for market research purposes and the optimisation of the layout of our website. The IP address transmitted to Google from the app during the running of Google Analytics, is not merged with any of your other data. As IP anonymization is activated in this application, your IP address is shortened by the European Union or other contracting member states, before it is sent to the USA. You can find further information on Google Analytics in Google’s Data Protection Notices. ( Our website also makes use of Google Maps API, a map service provided by Google Inc. You can deactivate the service of Google Maps very simply, thereby preventing the transmitting of data to Google: Just deactivate JavaScript in your browser. However, please be aware that you will then no longer be able to use the map display. Where appropriate, Google will provide the data collected by Analytics & Maps to third parties; provided this action is required by law or the third party is acting on behalf of Google. In the event that we use an external service provider for data processing (e.g. newsletter service, external computer centre), such providers are strictly controlled and bound by instruction and only receive access to personal data for the time required to carry out the required task.

For technical purposes it may be necessary to store your data on external servers; a server medium or virtual server located outside our offices and/or local access possibilities.
In this event, contractually binding agreements will be made with the operator of the respective server, prohibiting access to the stored data by third parties.
